Development of Manufacturing Tooling: Design and create a set of prints for tooling to aid in product manufacturing.

Development of Manufacturing Processes: Document a build process from start to finish, consult how a particular product should be manufactured

Development of QA inspection Documents: Create a set of receiving inspection, in process inspection final inspection and test plan documents for the client to integrate into their QA system

Existing product troubleshooting and failure analysis: Determine the failure mode(s) for a product and provide suggested methods for mitigation.

Existing Product Performance Testing: Speed-Torque-Current and Efficiency, Dyno Testing, Motor Characteristic measurement, and Thermal and Duty Cycle Testing.

Investigative Services: This includes failure analysis, core problem analysis (whether design or manufacturing flaws), and professional consultation for remedy or litigation.
